Wholesale sourcing guide
Turn a product shortlist into a clear enquiry
Start with the jewelry you are considering, then keep its exact options, quantities and requirements together.
Browse necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and other jewelry by type. Selected making components, hair accessories, pins and packaging can be included in the same enquiry list. Give each item its own product link and selection so the requirements stay clear.

What belongs in a wholesale RFQ?
Use one line for each product and exact option. A clear reference is more useful than a general style name or an assortment screenshot without labels.
Product & selection
Send the product link and full color, size or design labels. Identify the photographed arrangement if several forms share one listing.
Intended quantity
Give the quantity for each selected item. Ask how order minimums, color mixes, style mixes and packing units apply to that request.
Project requirements
Add the destination market, sample needs, required documents and any proposed material, dimension, logo or packaging changes.
A useful first-message format
Product: [paste the product link]
Exact option: [copy the complete selection label]
Intended quantity and destination market: [add your project details]
Please confirm: [material, measurements, supplied contents or documents needed]
Proposed changes or sample needs: [describe separately from the current selection]
For a making component, include the connector or hole dimensions and packing quantity you need. For an accessory or pin, identify its attachment and relevant size. These details help frame the enquiry without assuming compatibility from a photograph.
Choices, contents and MOQ answer different questions
A choice
A color or numbered style identifies an alternative. Twenty-two Gold-labelled bracelet styles are twenty-two choices, rather than proof that twenty-two bracelets arrive together.
Supplied contents
Confirm what is supplied with one selected item. A pictured chain, matching accessory or the words Set Box do not independently establish an included bundle.
An order minimum
MOQ identifies the minimum order quantity for its stated scope. The 30pc direction on a storage-box product does not establish one minimum for every jewelry item.
Keep the quantity basis in the enquiry: selected item, supplied components and order minimum. Confirm mixed colors, mixed styles and actual packing units separately.
Tell us what the sample needs to resolve
A sample request is most useful when it names the decision you want to make. State whether you need to assess fit, component makeup, finish, decoration, fastening or packaging.
A current catalog selection
Identify the exact option and the details you want reviewed. Ask about sample availability, supplied contents, costs and timing for that item.
If packaging is important, list it explicitly. A sample enquiry does not automatically include customized boxes or every photographed accessory.
A proposed custom selection
Keep the current reference and requested changes separate. Add the dimensions, artwork or surface requirements that the sample would need to address.
Confirm the proposed sample scope and any approval conditions before treating it as an agreed production reference.
Prepare a custom briefConfirm the project conditions with the selected items
Ask for the current quotation, applicable minimums, available mix and project schedule. Payment, delivery responsibilities, changes and discrepancy handling need agreement for the transaction.
This guide helps prepare your enquiry. It does not replace the commercial conditions agreed for your order.
