Corporate Logo Jewelry from Component Brief to Finished Piece
Choose a logo finding when you need a component for your own presentation, or an original-necklace enquiry when the complete wearable piece is the project. We are a jewelry factory in Qingdao, China. Those routes require different decisions before a corporate gift can be defined.
Our pendant-finding enquiry names Gray with 10mm or 15mm size directions, while the original-necklace route offers Gold or Silver appearance directions for a custom brief. The unbranded component photographs show a physical design reference; they are not examples of a completed customer logo or an approved branded necklace.

A Finding and a Complete Necklace as Separate Routes
A finding-led enquiry is useful when you already have a chain, display or other assembly. The logo component must work with those existing parts. A necklace-led enquiry is more useful when the pendant, chain, material and finish all need to be considered together.
For a community event or corporate anniversary, choose the intended use before the logo treatment. A small attachment element and a complete commemorative necklace should not share one vague supply-unit description. Keep the physical contents of your request visible from the first brief.
Choose the project boundary
| Route | Starting information | Decision produced |
|---|---|---|
| Pendant finding | Gray; 10mm or 15mm direction; intended attachment | A defined component for an existing assembly |
| Original necklace | Design sketch; material; chain; Gold or Silver direction | A proposed complete wearable configuration |
| Presentation only | Selected item and packaging request | A separate display or gift-pack requirement |

Two Size Directions with a Clear Measurement Axis
The finding direction lists 10mm/0.39in and 15mm/0.59in. Use the millimeter values as the exact starting labels, while treating the inch figures as rounded expressions. Neither label independently identifies a diameter, width or usable logo area.
When measured along the same axis, 15mm is 1.5 times 10mm. That gives a useful scale comparison, but not an area or finished-legibility guarantee. Choose the larger direction when the design needs more linear room, then keep the connection and edge space outside the intended artwork area.
A size comparison, not an invented print area
15mm ÷ 10mm = 1.5 times the stated linear size
- 10mm directionCompact starting size label; measurement axis to be defined
- 15mm directionLarger linear starting label on the same defined axis
- Usable mark areaSeparate from overall size, edges and attachment space

Unbranded References and Proposed Artwork
Use the pictured metal finding to communicate the physical form or attachment idea. Place your proposed logo in a separate artwork file rather than treating an unmarked image as proof of a finished branding result. This makes the design discussion specific without confusing the reference with the requested version.
The finding description includes a customized shape and embossed-crest direction. Those words provide a route for an enquiry, not a supplied relief depth, unlimited shape editor or an established application method for every material. Keep the desired appearance and the selected construction connected in the proposal.

Artwork Hierarchy for a Small Metal Element
For a compact element, prioritize one clear feature: an emblem, initials or a short wordmark. A dense anniversary message can be better kept on accompanying presentation material, leaving the jewelry mark simpler. This is a design choice you can make before discussing an exact application method.
Retain the mark's orientation relative to the connection. A logo that looks upright on a screen can hang differently when the attachment point changes. WIPO notes that trademarks can identify an enterprise's goods or services; supply artwork you own or are entitled to use, without assuming a reference image supplies authorization.

Base Material Before Surface Appearance
The finding enquiry names metal, zinc alloy, aluminum and copper as material directions. Select the requested base instead of assuming that every direction is supplied together or can use an identical logo treatment. Gray is an appearance choice, not a precise alloy designation.
For an original necklace, the material discussion can instead begin with steel, silver, brass or copper and the desired Gold or Silver appearance. Keep the requested coating separate. A proposed gold-plated surface does not establish a solid-gold object, coating thickness or a universal application process.
Material decisions by route
| Route | Base-material direction | Separate appearance decision |
|---|---|---|
| Finding | Selected metal, zinc alloy, aluminum or copper | Gray and proposed embossed appearance |
| Original necklace | Selected steel, silver, brass or copper | Gold or Silver with a specified coating request |
| Attached component | Material of the connecting part | Compatibility with the selected assembly |

Attachment Geometry Shapes the Final Presentation
A corporate mark needs a deliberate relationship to its attachment. Identify whether the component hangs from one point, connects between parts or sits in another presentation. The pictured finding gives a visible form reference, while the proposed logo face and its usable space remain separate design areas.
Keep opening clearance and the largest mating part in the same connection brief. This is especially useful when you already have a chain or ring. A 10mm or 15mm overall label does not establish that an existing clasp or connector will pass through the selected opening.

A Component Is Not a Complete Gift Kit
If you need only a finding, keep that as the physical unit. If you need a necklace, define the chain and pendant together. If you also want packaging, give it a separate contents line. This avoids turning a promotional-gift description into an assumption that every accessory is included.
The same separation helps quantity planning. One requested logo design can be applied to a proposed quantity of components or complete pieces, with packing counted separately. Low-minimum wording does not supply a numerical minimum for your artwork or project.
Three units in one corporate project
| Unit | Define | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| Finding | Selected component and attachment | An included chain |
| Necklace | Pendant, chain and requested assembly | Every finding option is a complete piece |
| Gift presentation | Box, insert or other stated contents | Packaging is included with jewelry |

Two Useful Brief Formats
For a component-led brief, retain Gray, the 10mm or 15mm direction, the requested metal and the connection to your existing assembly. Add the authorized logo with a marked orientation. This keeps the design focused on one defined attachment element.
For a complete-necklace brief, lead with the pendant concept, selected base, chain and intended wearing length, followed by the logo treatment. Keep the event date as your project requirement rather than a promised delivery date. The two formats support different purchasing tasks without inventing manufacturing limits or turnaround times.
A concrete starting brief for each route
| Field | Component-led | Necklace-led |
|---|---|---|
| Reference | Gray finding; 10mm or 15mm | Original pendant and chain concept |
| Material | One selected metal direction | Selected base and coating request |
| Artwork | Authorized logo and orientation | Logo within the pendant design |
| Connection | Existing chain or mating part | Proposed chain length and attachment |
| Presentation | Separately listed packing | Separately listed gift packaging |

A Corporate Jewelry Enquiry with Defined Outputs
Send the chosen route, size direction, material request and authorized artwork with your intended quantity. Include the existing mating part for a finding, or the chain and wearing requirements for a necklace. Add any packaging as its own requirement.
We can discuss the selected design and project scope around those details. Keep the unbranded reference, proposed artwork and requested finished piece clearly identified, so the enquiry produces a usable design discussion rather than an unsupported claim of a completed logo sample.
