Selecting Fixed-Size Signet and Band Ring Ranges
We are a jewelry factory in Qingdao, China. For a fixed-size ring assortment, choose the design family and its actual size coverage together. We recommend a plain square signet when a broader numbered run is important, a patterned band for texture-led variety, or an initial signet when the letter is the main reason to buy.
These routes create different inventories. Our square signet offers sizes 7–11; Link and Weaving Knot bands offer 7–10; the initial signet offers A–Z in two colors but only size 7. Alphabet breadth does not replace fit coverage.

Compare the Actual Size Runs
The Square signet has Gold and Silver across five size labels, giving ten combinations. The patterned band has two designs, two colors and four sizes, giving sixteen. The initial signet has twenty-six letters in Gold or Silver at one size, giving fifty-two letter/color combinations.
Choose the square signet for a shape-led run with the widest listed size menu among these three. Choose the initial ring only where size 7 meets the intended requirement. Do not add size 11 to the patterned band or spread the alphabet signet over an unoffered size range.

Use a Named Sizing Convention
The numbered menus do not specify a national sizing system. Retain the numbers as offered choices until the selected inner dimensions and convention are established. A size 8 label should not become an assumed millimeter diameter or a universal international size.
GIA notes that countries use different scales and that ring width affects fit. Compare a similar-width ring or an appropriate sizing gauge, rather than borrowing the number from a very narrow band. For a wide signet, the interior and band profile are as relevant as the visible square face.

Choose Face Shape and Band Texture for Different Roles
The square signet has a plain metal-focused statement direction. The initial signet makes a letter the focal feature. Link and Weaving Knot bands instead build their character into the ring's pattern. Choose one as the collection anchor and use the others only when they serve a distinct customer preference.
A plain square face can suit a restrained men's or unisex line without requiring a gemstone story. A letter signet adds personal choice but also more separate stock lines. A textured band gives variety without a separate alphabet allocation.

Allocate Sizes Before Expanding Colors
A fixed-size range needs quantity by exact version. If your core is the Square Gold signet, decide its size allocation before adding Silver or a second design. This makes the fit plan visible instead of spreading the same total across every available combination.
Use your own customer or store requirements for the allocation; the catalog does not identify a best-selling size. A letter range needs another layer of decisions, because each initial may have a different target quantity. Keep a size-led core and a letter-led extension separate where that makes the range easier to manage.
Allocate Sizes Before Expanding Colors
| Buying priority | Recommended starting scope | Expansion decision |
|---|---|---|
| Size-led core | Square signet in selected color | Quantity across7–11 |
| Texture-led line | One band pattern and color | Add second pattern or tone |
| Personal gift line | Selected initials at size 7 | Quantity by letter |
| Mixed assortment | Defined role for each family | Do not buy all combinations equally |

Keep Steel and Surface Appearance Distinct
All three references describe stainless steel. The square signet and patterned band list an 18K-gold-plated direction; the initial signet lists titanium plating. Gold and Silver are actual color labels, not solid precious-metal identities.
For a coordinated range, compare the selected appearance across the different constructions. A shared Gold name does not establish identical coating or hue. Keep the base, selected finish and actual design together in the order record. This allows one collection palette without flattening product-specific surface information.

Treat an Initial as a Predefined Design Choice
The initial signet offers every letter from A through Z in both colors. That supports a personal gift line based on an existing engraved-letter design. It does not establish a full-name field, extra symbols or a new marking method.
Choose the initial version when the available letter and size fit the recipient or retail plan. If you want a company logo on the square face, that is a separate artwork and application proposal. The existence of an alphabet range should not be used as proof that every new design can be marked in the same way.

Review Fit and Face Scale Separately
A chunky face and a wide band describe different dimensions. Record the signet face's width, height and projection alongside the inner fit and band profile. For a pattern band, compare the relief and side profile as well as the top view.
We recommend reviewing the actual selected size rather than approving a whole run from one front photograph. The purpose is to understand the version you plan to sell, not to invent a numerical tolerance. Keep any size-convention or profile requirement attached to the sample so a later repeat has a clear reference.

Build a Repeatable Size Record
For replenishment, retain the accepted sizing convention, product option and inner measurement reference. A new quantity is not a new size, while a revised band profile may need another fit comparison. Keep those changes visible rather than relying on the same broad product name.
For initial signets, retain the exact letter as well as color and size 7. For the plain square design, retain Square with the color and numbered size. These records help your receiving team distinguish actual versions even when the rings share a similar metal-tone appearance.

Send a Size Run with a Clear Product Role
Send the selected family, color and size quantities, with the applicable fit convention or inner measurements you require. Add any face-scale or proposed marking requirement separately. We can discuss that version and the applicable sample or order arrangements.
Choose the square signet for broader listed size coverage, the patterned band for texture or the initial signet for a personal letter at its actual size. A useful fixed-size assortment combines the right silhouette with a deliberate fit allocation; it does not assume that every letter, color and size exists across every ring.
