Suspension Display Boxes for Existing Jewelry
Choose a transparent-film frame when the jewelry should remain visible; choose a closed cardboard box when the exterior gift presentation should lead. For the transparent route, start with the actual item's outline and thickness rather than its broad category or the largest-looking box.
A compact piece and a necklace displayed with its chain need different layouts. The key tradeoff is visible presentation space versus the full item's depth and projecting parts. Black or White can frame the look, but the usable window and closed space determine the fit task.

Relia's Actual Suspension-Display Configurations
Relia · In-house jewelry manufacturing in Qingdao, China
Relia offers the transparent PE-film reference as Black film box or White film box, each with 7×7×2, 11×11×2 or 9×18×2 labels. Plastic is the exterior-material direction; the size labels do not themselves define a usable internal window.
For buyers presenting existing jewelry, this provides six actual configurations to compare from our Qingdao factory. Choose the compact or elongated layout and the frame appearance, then keep the selected item with its space requirement. Our separate cardboard-box direction offers another presentation format, but it is not a substitute image or a proven fit result for the transparent frame.
The six actual selection directions
| Appearance | Size labels | Exterior direction |
|---|---|---|
| Black film box | 7×7×2; 11×11×2; 9×18×2 | Plastic |
| White film box | 7×7×2; 11×11×2; 9×18×2 | Plastic |

Choose the Footprint Around the Intended Arrangement
The 7×7×2 and 11×11×2 labels have equal first and second numbers; 9×18×2 has an elongated pair. Use that distinction to shortlist a compact arrangement or a longer layout, while keeping the actual usable area separate.
A pendant alone and a pendant displayed with its chain need different space plans. Do not select the box only from the pendant's width if you also want the chain visible. The layout should define what is presented, not merely what might fit when folded.
A layout-led shortlist
| Label direction | Useful starting layout | Still separate |
|---|---|---|
| 7×7×2 | Compact item arrangement | Units and usable window |
| 11×11×2 | Larger compact arrangement | Actual internal space |
| 9×18×2 | Longer presentation arrangement | Dimension order and closed clearance |

Transparent Presentation and Frame Color
Use Black or White to frame the actual jewelry's appearance, then compare the transparent format with your presentation goal. A visible-film display and a closed cardboard gift box serve different roles. The frame color is a styling choice, not a protection rating or proof of fit.

Visible Space Is Smaller Than an Outer Label
Keep the full case size, visible window and usable internal space as separate dimensions. The frame itself occupies part of the outline, so an exterior label cannot by itself describe the area available for the jewelry.
For a centered display, compare the complete item against the usable window. Include the bail, clasp or projecting motif in that outline. A neat front view is useful only if it represents the selected arrangement rather than hiding a component outside the visible area.
Three spaces to define
| Space | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Full case outline | Identifies the exterior footprint |
| Visible window | Defines what the viewer can see |
| Usable interior | Defines the available physical presentation space |

Thickness and Projecting Components
A ring's raised front, an earring post and a necklace clasp can extend beyond the main decorative face. Choose around the deepest part of the intended arrangement, not only the part that looks largest from the front.
Keep the jewelry's front-to-back profile with the frame selection. The shared final number 2 in the size labels does not establish usable closed depth or a tested capacity. Those physical relationships belong to the selected frame and item.

Film and Exterior as Separate Components
Keep the PE film and Plastic exterior as different components of the selected frame. Compare the actual item's edges, posts and other projections against the display area. The reference identifies the format, not a measured fit, impact result or one holding method for every ring and pendant; any pictured stand needs its own supplied-item definition.

Connect the Frame Opening to the Item's Actual Shape
A suspension frame works through the relationship between its rigid exterior, clear film and the item placed between them. Relia keeps those components separate in the selected display brief: the exterior is described as Plastic, while the transparent presentation uses PE film. That description does not establish one plastic grade, a molding route or a film-thickness specification.
The practical sequence is to open the selected frame, place the actual jewelry in its intended orientation and assess the closed arrangement. A projecting post, thick pendant or gathered chain changes the space occupied even when the decorative front appears small. The item must enter through the available opening before the final display can be considered, so an attractive closed photograph is only part of the decision.
For you, the useful output is one actual item with one Black or White frame configuration, showing its access path and final position. Retain the selected size label, item outline and projection together. The plastic exterior defines the surround, while the PE film provides the transparent presentation. Compare the actual jewelry with the selected frame open and closed, including every projecting post, pendant edge and gathered chain, so the chosen display works around the complete item rather than its front outline alone.
From Opening to the Complete Display
| Stage | Geometry that matters | Observable output |
|---|---|---|
| Open selected frame | Usable access path | Actual opening configuration |
| Position jewelry | Outline, post, pendant and chain projection | Complete item arrangement |
| Close frame | Film contact and available space | Selected closed presentation |
| Retain version | Frame color and exact size label | One defined item/frame combination |

A Display Reference with a Defined Item
Compare one chosen jewelry item with one full frame configuration before widening the size or color selection. Keep the item dimensions and case label together. A changed post, pendant projection, chain arrangement or included part can change the fit task even when the front looks the same.

A Packaging Enquiry That Identifies the Fit Task
Send Black or White film box with the full size label, then identify the jewelry's outline, thickness and intended arrangement. Include the visible area and opening requirements that matter to your display.
We can discuss that selected configuration and any proposed presentation change. Keep frame quantity separate from jewelry quantity, and do not infer included jewelry, tested transport protection or custom printing from the display image.
One complete display-box line
| Field | Retain |
|---|---|
| Configuration | Black/White film box; Plastic; exact size label |
| Jewelry | Identifiable item with full projecting components |
| Space | Outline, thickness and required visible area |
| Arrangement | Item position and access requirements |
| Unit | Selected packaging quantity; jewelry separately identified |
