Jewelry and Branded Packaging in One Purchasing Brief
Choose the jewelry first, then select the presentation that suits its shape and gift purpose. We are a jewelry factory in Qingdao, China. An 18-inch message necklace, a three-color cardboard box and a Beige envelope-pouch direction give you concrete starting points for a combined enquiry.
We recommend the cardboard route for a structured gift presentation and the pouch route when a compact envelope-style format is the priority. Keep each item on its own purchasing line. Showing jewelry beside a box does not establish that the jewelry fits inside or that assembly and packing are included.

Three Items with Separate Jobs
The message necklace offers three numbered styles in steel, all with an 18-inch length. The cardboard box offers Blue, Pink or Orange. The pouch offers Beige with customizable size and closure wording. Each contributes a different part of the finished presentation.
Start with one exact jewelry style and one packaging route. This keeps the enquiry focused before you add color variants or artwork. A necklace's wearing length is not its packed footprint, and a box's exterior size is not its usable interior.
Build the project from separate items
| Item | Actual starting choices | Its job |
|---|---|---|
| Message necklace | Number 1, 2 or 3; steel; 18 inches | The selected gift item |
| Cardboard box | Blue, Pink or Orange | Structured presentation direction |
| Envelope pouch | Beige; requested size and closure | Compact storage/presentation direction |

Define the Jewelry Before the Holder
For the message necklace, retain the exact style number with Customized Message Serve and 18inches. The envelope, bag or jotter-inspired direction identifies the pendant you want to present. Proposed wording or a photograph should stay attached to that selected style.
Record the pendant's packed profile and the chain arrangement. A chain can be laid around an insert or stored separately from the pendant, but neither method follows from the 18-inch label. The chosen presentation needs to preserve the pendant's visible face without tangling its chain.

A Message Necklace as the Packaging Reference
The steel message-necklace range has three numbered choices rather than an unlimited set of pictured pendant shapes. Choose the one whose appearance supports the gift idea. Its 18K gold-plated direction and rhinestone description remain specific to the selected jewelry, separate from the box or pouch.
For a packaging brief, a complete necklace reference is more useful than a cropped pendant face. Keep the clasp, chain ends and decorative projection in the review, since those parts also need space even when they are not the main feature of the display.

Cardboard or Pouch by Presentation Goal
Choose the cardboard route when you want a defined box silhouette around the gift. Choose the Beige pouch direction when the envelope form is more relevant to the storage or presentation idea. Neither format should be assigned a tested protection rating from its appearance.
For the box, the listed size is 7.5 × 7.5 × 3.5 without a stated unit. For the pouch, size is customizable rather than a numbered range. These starting descriptions need different dimensional records, so do not copy one set of numbers across both formats.
Different formats need different fit records
| Format | Known description | Relevant next dimension |
|---|---|---|
| Cardboard box | 7.5 × 7.5 × 3.5; unit unstated | Unit, usable interior and insert space |
| Envelope pouch | Beige; customizable size | Requested finished inner dimensions |
| Selected necklace | 18-inch wearing length | Pendant profile and packed chain arrangement |

Box Color and Interior Holding as Different Choices
Blue, Pink and Orange are the cardboard box's actual colors. Use the selected exterior to establish the presentation palette, then define how the jewelry should be held. Cotton lining and a sponge-liner direction do not independently specify a particular ring slot, earring support or necklace insert.
For this necklace project, prioritize pendant position and chain separation over a general category label such as jewelry box. Keep the closed-box reference as an exterior example until the selected interior arrangement is defined. This avoids treating a visual pairing as a proven fit.

Place Brand Artwork on the Intended Surface
A mark on the jewelry and a mark on the packaging are separate design requests. Name the exact surface, orientation and intended artwork area for each. A broad instruction to add a logo can otherwise leave the physical result unclear.
Use authorized artwork and keep secondary information, such as a gift message, separate from the main mark where that makes the presentation clearer. WIPO distinguishes trademark rights from the physical product itself; a jewelry reference does not establish permission to reproduce someone else's branding.

Quantities by Jewelry and Packaging Unit
Keep necklace quantity separate from box or pouch quantity. A one-to-one presentation can be a proposed project plan, but it is not an automatic included set. This also lets you distinguish a spare packaging request from additional jewelry.
The cardboard box description lists a one-piece minimum for that packaging item. It does not set the necklace minimum or the terms for custom artwork. Treat any changed insert, mark or dimension as part of the specific enquiry rather than extending that minimum to the whole project.
A proposed one-to-one plan without hidden contents
| Line | Quantity relationship | Retain separately |
|---|---|---|
| Selected necklace | Your requested necklace units | Style number and personal content |
| Selected packaging | One per necklace if that is your plan | Color, dimensions and holding arrangement |
| Spare packaging | Additional quantity only when requested | No additional jewelry inferred |
| Customization | Project-specific scope | Artwork, insert or dimension changes |

Review the Jewelry and Packaging Together
Once you have chosen the necklace and presentation route, compare their actual dimensions as one project. The pendant should have a defined position, the chain a defined arrangement and the closure enough clear space to operate as intended.
Keep the selected exterior image beside the jewelry reference, while recording any interior requirement separately. A combined review is useful for deciding the presentation; it does not create a promise of automatic fitting, kitting, dispatch or a particular shipping-protection result.

A Combined Enquiry with Clear Boundaries
Send the numbered necklace style, packaging color or pouch direction, and quantity for each item. Add the pendant dimensions, intended holding arrangement and proposed artwork. Keep required changes distinct from the current product choices.
We can discuss those connected requirements without losing the identity of either item. The useful outcome is a defined jewelry-and-presentation specification, with actual fit, supplied contents and any branding scope resolved for the selected project.
